Finally! New year, new album! On June 22, 2010, The Chemical Brothers will release their seventh album with 8 wonderful tracks. My chosen song, 'The Swoon', was released on May 9, and personally, it has become one of my favourites with its comely and lively sounding. Have a listen below!

The Asteroids Galaxy Tour are a Danish alternative pop band consisting of vocalist Mette Lindberg and producer Lars Iversen. Their debut single, "The Sun Ain't Shining No More", was released on September 15, 2008 on their own 'Small Giants' label. The band is perhaps best known for their next single "Around the Bend", which was used in an Apple iPod Touch commercial starting in September 2008, and was released as a single in December 2008.'Around the bend' was also featured in the NBC TV series Chuck in episode 209 when Chuck walks into the 'Roark Expo' for his first day at work at 'Roark Instruments. The Asteroids Galaxy Tour are musicians on a mission. The band and their unique style of psychedelic pop are heading for fame at a speed even they didn’t expect. More information: EST.hu

British rapper Example returns with his brand new single "Watch The Sun Come Up" that is decidedly more gentle and pop-oriented than his previous work (with the exception of "So Many roads" that includes a sweet Carpenters sample). His raps are still laser sharp and Example's perceptive take on life is still intact, the difference is that he has chosen the talents of pop superproducer Brian Rawlings to put together some of the melodies and beats on this new effort.

Today Metric's new album Fantasies hits stores in the U.S., almost four years since Emily Haines & Co.'s last one, Live It Out. In celebration we've been gifted with a remix of "Help I'm Alive," from on-fire Brazilian electro-house duo The Twelves. Dudes have stepped up their juicy French-touch game on this one, turning out a piano-laden version that sounds lifted straight off the Daft House living room floor circa 1997.
